How To Get A Muscular Neck



How To Build Neck Muscles Fast!


Step:1


Lie on the floor "vampire style": flat on your back with your legs straight and your arms crossed on your chest.







Step:2


Place your feet flat on the floor with your knees bent, as if you are about to do a sit-up.




Step:3


Tilt your head backward so that your eyes and nose point directly away from your feet. As you do 


this, arch all but your feet and head off the ground. Your neck will 


take much of the weight.






Step:4 


Return slowly to the position from step two. Cycle through steps three and four until your neck 
gets tired.




Step:5 


Do these steps over and over until you achieve your goal. You will never deal with neck pain if you do these steps.
